Visiting Family and Enjoying a Weekend

We went down to Ft Myers to visit family. This was our first couple's trip and we were so excited. We were able to see my great aunt and my cousin while visiting and it was such a fun and memorable trip. My family were living in Ft Myers due to being misplaced from Sanibel Island after the hurricane that wrecked most of the island. They are fighters and have since been able to make great steps in making it back to Sanibel Island.

We stayed at a cute Airbnb next to the downtown area of town. It was a lively weekend with live music lining the streets and a vintage car show. We had no idea that was what was ahead of us, but we loved it. Definitely check out the calendar of events for the city available at Visit Ft Myers There are so many great things to do in Ft. Myers.
